The administrative team for Bucharest Conference in Applied Ethics is constant from one edition to another, but the conference co-chairs change every year, depending on the main topic of the event. Cristian DUCU, Ph.D.
Conference Co-Chair

Cristian is the General Manager of the Centre for Advanced Research in Management and Applied Ethics, an independent research and consulting NGO. He is specialized in Moral Philosophy and Applied Ethics and works as an Ethics & Compliance consultant, auditor and trainer. In the last five years, he developed a special interest in neuroscience and its applications: moral psychology and neuromarketing. Cristian can be reached for anything related to partnerships for the 2016 edition of the Bucharest Conference in Applied Ethics.

Ana Maria Iorga, PhD cand.
Conference Co-Chair

Ana is a savvy neuromarketing expert that has a passion for bringing science to marketing. She is a Medical Doctor that holds a double M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Ottawa and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in neuromarketing with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. She has over 10 years of experience as an advertising professional and entrepreneur, leading a full-service advertising agency. In 2012, she founded Buyer Brain, a consumer neuroscience research lab.

István Aranyosi, PhD
Conference Co-Chair

István is a philosopher of mind and neuroscience at Bilkent University. Over the years, he has been a visiting research and/or teaching fellow at various universities, including Oxford, Barcelona, The Australian National University, and Ruhr-University Bochum. He is author of a number of articles and books in his field, and is interested in embodied cognition, neuroethics, and the mind-body problem in general.

Simona MEHEDINTU, M.A. cand.
Communication

Simona is the main communication interface for the Centre for Advanced Research in Management and Applied Ethics. She coordinates all the communication for various events and projects, including the Bucharest Conference in Applied Ethics and the European Ethics & Compliance Forum. Diana TRIFU, MA cand.
Partnerships and Registrations

Diana is a Human Rights specialist with a strong emphasis on Business Integrity. She works as a Program Coordinator at the Centre for Advanced Research in Management and Applied Ethics and is a regular contributor at the “Ethics & Compliance Magazine”. She is helping us with various administrative activities related to partnerships and registration process.

Ioana Teodora Raicu, MA
Content

Teodora holds a BA in Journalism from University of Bucharest, Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, but she shifted to Applied Ethics and completed a MA degree in this field at University of Bucharest, Faculty of Philosophy. She is a member of the Centre for Advanced Research in Management and Applied Ethics from 2011 and now she is helping us to prepare the 2017 edition of the Bucharest Conference in Applied Ethics.

Liviu STOCHIŢĂ, MA
Content

Liviu holds a BA in Philosophy and a MA in Public Policy and NGOs Management both from University of Bucharest, Faculty of Philosophy, and a MSc in European Public Policy from University of Strathclyde. He is specialized in Public Administration Ethics and Sustainability and works in a Romanian public institution. He is an editor for the “Ethics & Compliance Magazine” and he is currently helping us to prepare BCAE 2017 and other events.
